Products and services

Network marketing companies don't own their own product. They don't manufacture products from a factory to send out to consumers. Instead of using a store, these network marketing companies offer services to manufacturers who want their products sold directly to people. It's a great way to save money for these manufacturers who would otherwise have to rent a building, maintain that building, advertise their product, etc. They just need to put their product or service in the hands of capable marketers who will do the rest.

To Network Market

What do these companies do to survive? By recruiting people. Look at it this way, a manufacturer provides a person within a network company a product. The product is then studied out and learned by the person. Once he or she knows that, he will need to recruit others to help sell the product. It can be done by direct selling. The products that the recruited people sell, will have to be learned by them also. These recruitments become known as the downline for that person in the network marketing company who recruited them. The objective for each downliner is to sell the product they buy, and receive a commission from their sales. Selling products in this way is one of the most effective. This will help consumers to learn about new products instead of learning about them just by going to a store. This again will help the manufacturer to not spend so much on costs that will use a lot of their money.

Does it really work?

It all depends on the companies and if they'll actually do these activities. The right people to do the work need to be recruited. The people they recruit will also need good training. Then they also have to learn about the products and service that they sell for various distributors and manufacturers. Then the downline takes its turn through direct selling. It will greatly profit, if this is a success. Or on the otherhand, if it fails, in order for the company to sustain itself, the high stock must be gotten rid of. The advantages, however, do outweigh the disadvantages.
