I have been looking for a program on how to buy and manage an apartment building. I recently found a program by Monica Main on how to buy and setup the management or an apartment building. I wanted to buy a program or book to help me and it took a while to find one. The program Monica has made was very helpful on managing and buying apartments. I wanted one with help on buying an apartment building too. Since it was in my budget I bought it. There are a few programs I found but this was the best one I thought. When I found Monica Main's program I wanted to do some research too. I wanted to find a Monica Main Review too so I could learn more about her experience too. I found a pretty in depth review on the Squidoo review site about her. Nothing else was as useful as Monica's program for me. The need for good management and to find the right properties was what I wanted help with.

My main concern was to make sure that this was not a Monica Main Scam or something bad like that. I wanted to do some research to not get ripped off. I was alright in trying her program out since there were 60 days to do it with no risk. You can get the program for just $99 so it is priced well. With it being an affordable program I was interested. I bought it and thought it was in depth and pretty good. The Squidoo review site has lots of stuff about her program and you can give feedback too.

There were many reviews and I liked them but the one I found on Squidoo was very helpful for me above all. The program Monica produced is helpful and makes a lot of since. I found it was also very helpful. My target was to manage apartments and learn how to buy one. I want to get an apartment property with many units. The size I want is for a building with 35 units to spread my risk.
