Trade show pop ups are the lightest and most compact display equipment that you can avail of. Apart from being made of lightweight but firm materials, these pop ups are always collapsible to some extent. The backdrop of such displays can be bundled up after collapsing them and conveniently placed in a cylindrical container. Sometimes, even the cloth cover is included within the bundle much like umbrellas.

 

Pop up display tables have assumed new functions. These may be fitted with shelves to place papers and other paraphernalia needed when transacting with visitors. They may, on the other hand be hollow within. In such a case they serve as the main containers of the items included in the trade show pop up. Bringing the display from one place to another becomes child’s play and the container fits comfortably inside a car.

Trade show pop ups are ideally meant for small businesses or businesses that do not have the commodity they are selling in the display itself, such as real estate or businesses that sell an assortment of prepaid cards or postpaid subscriptions. On the other hand, they may be used to promote new lines of products or announce the forthcoming entry of a new product into the market. If the trader is thinking of selling products on this type of display, he should keep his products in a box behind the display. But he will also have to have an assistant to look after that box to prevent it from getting lost.

 

Trade show pop ups may be rented from display rental companies. However, most people prefer to purchase the item. This is because it is cheaper, in the long run, to own and maintain a pop up than to keep renting one for every time a person wants to participate in trade shows. Besides, the matter of transporting trade show pop ups presents no more trouble than carrying a suitcase full of clothes.
