This same challenge also leads to the amount of information out there and the challenge of keeping someone attention. As you have probably experienced there are so many offers and so many attentions grabber on the web your potential prospect "attention span" is most likely the most important thing on keeping someone’s attention in what you have to offer. You have only few seconds to grab there interest or goodbye they are gone to another site.  So if you want to keep their interest, the information and value that you offer needs to be aligned to your audience.

In addition you have retention or the ability of keeping your distributors in your business. Because there are so many offers coming on a daily basis it is a challenge to keep someones interest.  When you get someone to join you in your business you have only 2 months to really get them into the swing of things before they are thinking about quiting and looking for another opportunity.  If they do not get the results either through the product or the business they will more than likely be gone. Primarily due to once again the abundance of information and the many choices they have on the internet.

Another challenge is the legal aspect. Although Multi-level marketing Companies want all the advantages of having their reps using the internet to bring more awareness to their brand name, they challenged with the legal ramifications of what  might happen if a distributor is to miss-speak when making claims about their product or the potential earning.   Some Network Marketing Companies may curb how much you can do on the internet due to them shielding themselves. Since in a mlm company you really don’t own anything, when you have the mindset of "You Inc", you can improve your business and the additional streams of revenue around something that you own and that would be "your list".  It is your list and the people who wish to follow you, because you present them value, this is your greatest asset. When you realize that it is the relationship that you shape with your list that will grow the value of this asset.

So the basic plan.  You need to build your list first. Second develop a relationship with your list and third market to your list.  So how do you accomplish this? Firstly you would have to get people to your website and then, by offering them value, you would want to capture your visitors information. As you grow your list one thing you must keep in mind is that you must have the philosophy that you have to be willing to give without receiving, before you can  get them to do business with you. The reason for that is that people want to know, like and trust you first before they willing to do business with you.  When you do this people will listen to you and they will buy from you when you ask them to.  Because you built this relationship with your prospects to offer valuable information first then they will be more willing to do business with you. If it’s all about you, you will not have victory in your network marketing business.

So here you have the plan and the basic concept of growing your own list and expand your most valuable asset which is, YOU.
