One of the key things to do is to sit and have a rethink to see if the business can be salvaged. you will be luck most of the time because it can be saved you just need to think about it in the right way. What Happens When You Are Going Wrong?

one of the very first things that I would actually do is to look in where you are going wrong, have you spent too much money on things, what exactly has happened?? there are always a variety of things that you may have done wrong and knowing what you have done is just that first step. there is no way you can fix the issue until you know where you have gone wrong, make sure you know this?

Fixing It

This is where it starts to get complicated and perhaps even a bit messy and sometimes very depressing. One of the things you might need to do is cut back on your own wages, perhaps cut back on staff and even have to ask a few customers to come back to the business. It sounds a bit like grovelling but if it works, it is worth it.

Downgrading

If you need to then downgrade to a new business relocation because it will help. Less rent and less people means less money spent on things like CAT6 cabling which is always good. Make sure you get the server moves right if you do this because otherwise it is going to cost you even more.

If you put enough thought into the whole business process then you will be able to save the company I have no doubt about this!
