Sometimes the employment that I get to do can be the most satisfying job imaginable. Just this week I had an employee at one of the businesses I'm working with share with me that she is not only a bigger leader at employment, however she feels like she is a bigger leader at house as well. She mentioned that one of her kids told her that she never yells at them any more.
