I have been on countless conference calls and each age I have learned something fresh or understood a particular project bigger, however the conference call can be an awkward employment medium to manage effectively. In some instances, I was merely an attendee to hear what all parties had to affirm in order to know the financial and legal obligations of working relationships and contracts. On other calls, I had to lead the analysis and ensure everyone was on the same sheet at the conclusion, not always an simple body to do when not face-to-face.
